Simon's service is quick, effective, and accurate at very most of time. All the services for me this time are accurate except for a minor change, which was he gave me a quota 1199 firstly in the email, and later when I called him, it was changed into 1219. He said it was because of the airline's problem. They have the ticket information agreenment before the final payment. I like it and I think it is very professional!
