Simon is great! I had talked to 4 agents before I called him. He was the only one who really wanted to help! He gave me a decent price and recommended an infant ticket of $120 from UA even I asked about other airlines. Some agents just tried to close the deal and didn't bother to tell me. Simon seems to know a lot about the ticket and flight, very professional! I will definitely be a return customer.
