I applied for China visa through this agent. Simon helped me with my visa, but did not give me a receipt, which I need for reimbursement purpose. I called them several times, Simon is always not in, and none of his colleague is willing to help or provide his cell phone number. So far, after 6 weeks, I still did not get my receipt. They are so bad, I bought air ticket from another agent.

I just called today (Monday), and a lady asked me to call back next week to see if he is back. ALso, they never reply email too.
