When you ask about the ticket information, Angela is nice. Once you decide you want to book it, her attitude changes. I tried to change the returning date before she booked the ticket, she compeltely ignored my email and phone, and went ahead to book the ticket based on the original date. In the end, I have no choice but to stick with the original date.
