should be fine as she has another daughter and the entire family in China still. it all depends on the luck as my parents brought a lot different documents but they never even asked for it.
my question to you is what visa did you use to come to the states? are you the one apply for her or your husband? if so, if the affidavit support is strong?

I came with F1 and my husband with F2. Then later on he changed his status to F1. I will be the one inviting them for a visit.
