My wife went to interview for H4 in Cheungdu on 8/26. It is still pending as well. The VO even said he doesn't know how long it is going to take to check. They got our marriage certification and my I-797 as well. I hope you guys will get the visa soon! Please let me know when you guys get it, and I will do the same. Thanks.

What is DOC? Can you give me the telephone phone, so that I can try to call them? Thanks a lot.
Try going to the EMS postal tracking website to see if your visas have been sent already!

不好意思，是DOS，就是美国华盛顿的VISA总部，1-202-663-1225,需要号码，姓名，生日，查询号码。感觉打那个电话是有用的。朋友帮我们每周打好几次，终于这周一他们说让这周三或者周四再打过去。然后就告知issue了。今天查EMS已经出来了。因为沈阳的美领馆网站check信息基本上一周才更新一次，所以查EMS才会更及时。祝你好运！

It's so lucky that the Embassy called me and told me that the visa has been issued. No more Worry!
