各位预约上海h1b的能不能帮帮忙啊 为什么我昨天，今天都打电话过去结果都被告知无法预约（4月和5月）的都没有名额 当我具体问到是名额还未开放还是用完了之后 被告知“我也不清楚”

I'm wondering if it's because you live in another area. I'm guessing they give priorities to those live (where their HUKO is) close to Shanghai area.
