我旧i-797上的过期时间是5月15日，学校告诉我必须在过期后10天离境。但是当时买不到机票6月3号才走。刚刚收到新的I-797，在线填写DS160时遇到下面问题：
Have you ever been unlawfully present, overstayed the amount of time granted by an immigration official or otherwise violated the terms of a U.S. visa?
我该如实回答，还是填NO就可以?谢谢！

还是如实描述为好
哪怕你填了no,签证官也很容易查出来

great. I think VO doesn't care about small gaps. Normally there is a grace period
