Hihihihi all I'm a rookie :)
请教!本人背景Looks spotty that causes some major concerns. I'd appreciate if you guys could help me find answers to my unusual questions!

a) B2 Visitor Visa 被拒签1.5 years ago. 我是计划拜访BF (他是美国人) 意料之中被拒..Is it okay now 他打算雇用我on a H1B Visa?

b) 假设a was ok ....我在英国毕业 当时没有及时离境 I overstayed due to personal reasons.. 请问对申请H1B有影响吗? 我是否应告诉我的律师?

c) 假设a & b both gonna be ok, 我准备简历时应该把我Master Program 退学写入吗? 这个是超级不成熟的决定...( I don't wanna bring up a negative experience, don't wanna to be dishonest, either..)

d) Administrative Processing 会check 这些滞留和退学的问题吗? 会又悲剧吗
