Maybe the information from representative is confusing. At least, yesterday when I called for appointment, the lady DID tell me the slots available in Dec 19 are before 7:45. I could not take it because it was too early for me. That call costed me 3 min.
it is the system which created a lot of problems. Not the people who posting info here!
