So for your case, I think your passport will be in EMS postal office no later than 8/2/2010. You can wait in the EMS postal office on 8/2/2010.

没有办法，第一次打时说最晚才预约到6月25日，上个星期说最晚7月16日，今天成了最‘早’7月30日了，估计最近回国的人剧增。我是7月16日回国，8月4日走。看来只有该机票了。我是H1B签证。希望大家吸取我的教训，早订签证日。
