服务很不好,看见网上的评论才买的,定的是半年往返的,当初信誓旦旦说可以向后延期,改期¥1500,没想到要改期了又告诉我不可能这么便宜。开始让查购票记录说查不到,说票号给错了,后来把电子票单发过去就又找到了。态度很恶劣,一口咬定说不可能说过半年后改期收1500的事情。。。把一切事情都推到UA去,让我们自己去找,很让人气愤,定票的时候态度很好,拿到钱以后立刻换了一副嘴脸,典型的奸商奸商。上当了,网上的评论不可信,托太多。。。。。。。。。

你自己都知道你订的是半年往返的,我们怎么会跟你说半年的能改到1年的啊。
我们都是说的在有效期内改期是1500元,你不要自己想延期,延不了就说是我们的问题。
当时把1年有效的价格和半年有效的价格都告诉你了,你自己要的半年往返的,我们怎么可以会告诉你半年的能改到1年的,那还要1年有效的价格干吗啊,
做人要讲良心的,没见过像你这样胡搅蛮缠的啊。
我也要说一下在我们这买票的留下的评论都是在我们这买票的客人留下的,都有ip地址可以查的。

我想说的是:
1.当初买票的时候是你告诉我可以向后延期,延期要收费。
2.今天开始时候你说的是半年的票延期要收费,具体收费要去问UA;后来我告诉你UA说不能延期后你又变了口气说不能延期了。
3.出了这种问题以后你把问题一概推到UA,不提出任何解决办法,说自己去问UA,是倒是够有良心的。
4.胡搅蛮缠?????请问,如果你信任的一个人开始的时候对你信誓旦旦,收钱后立刻换了副嘴脸,你是什么感觉?????
5.IP地址可信?可笑

我说延期也要在有效期内啊,是你一打电话说问的美国那边能延期就说收费高的,我说能延期你就在美国办就可以啊,我什么时候和你说能延期啊。

楼主,延期都可以,但是不能超过票的有效期....
这个问题取决你当初怎么问的,如果你问,是否可以延期超过半年,他回答是,那是他的错。如果你问是否可以向后延期,他回答是,确实没有错

LZ, I feel sorry for you, but you have to make sure what you asked when you bought your ticket.
If it was true the agent gave you two prices, one is for 6 month valid ticket, the other is for 1 year valid ticket, but you chose the 6 month one, that is your fault.
You guys didn't communicate well.
You want to extend your parent's stay right? If you wanted to do that, you should have booked the 1 year valid ticket. Also your ticket is from 10/22-4/22, even for a 6 month ticket, you won't be delay your return because it is already 6 months max. you can change the return date earlier though (that is no problem for 6 month ticket)
I don't think the agent was trying to mislead you, but you got to ask the question more clear next time. It is a lesson for you.

of course the agent has his/her fault too. she should have made sure you understand what the difference between 6 months ticket and 1 year ticket. also when you asked if it can be extended, he/she should have told you "yes, BUT ONLY WITHIN 6 MONTHS" the clause is very important.

Surely i've asked them about the diffenence between 6month and 1 year round ticket, also i confirm with the agent if i can extend my 6 month ticket to 7 or 8 month, their answer is "no problem". But when i called them about the extension yesterday, they said they NEVER EVER told me so. They keep asking me to contact UA if I got problem, no solution, no suggestion, seems it's not their business.....
I DO NOT THE THE AGENT HONEST ENOUGH.........
