我跟我老公分别申请了H1B的签证，在当时填写相关材料时因为还没有结婚所有都没有注明已婚。现在家里老人希望我们结婚后再走，在去美国大使馆签证前结婚的话，会不会有影响。因为在申请预约的表上需要填写配偶的情况。 我是怕在给美国大使馆的相关材料中关于配偶的情况与当初申请H1B的材料不符合，会不会让大使馆的人认为我们有移民倾向才临时结婚的啊。 各位了解相关情况的前辈给指点一下吧。

if you two are both on H1b, this won't be an issue at all. Remember H1b can not be denied with the reason of "Intention of Immigration". Alsi it is very reasonable you two get married before leaving to US.
