[签证经历] H1B 成都 09/04/2009 通过
Two windows were opened for visa interview today. One blonde in 30s-40s and a young guy in his 20s.
We started with saying hello to each other and I added "are you glad it's Friday?" He smiled. Asked me to provide document showing my visa status in the US. Showed him all my I-20 Forms and I-791A.
Since I have been in the US for almost ten years, I prepared a letter with a table with the timeline and my visa status along with the supporting document.
He then asked me what I do at my company (pharmaceutical). I replied with a one-sentence answer.
Passed.
He did not ask for my W-2, pay stub or my resume even though I prepared them.
My attorney gave me a stack of papers from the I-129. I don't think he paid any attention to it at all.
In the end he told me I would get my passport back on the next business day but since today is Friday and Monday is Labor Day, I would get my passport back on Tuesday.
