如果正在申请绿卡，第一次H1b返签会因为绿卡的申请给被拒绝吗？ 有没有过来人讲讲这个事情．我一直弄不清楚呢． 谢谢了先！

Seriously, H1b can not be denied because of immigration intention because H1b is dual purpose visa. Ask your lawyer and he will say the same words.

I am using my H1b and I am in the process of getting my PR. I just came back from a family visit to China. My experience and other's reported on here tells me it is VERY easy to get a visa.

法律上安全不等于实践中安全，歧视总是存在，也不光是移民倾向可以拒人。所以很多人不回来不是都是傻瓜，是怕麻烦。回来即使不拒签，被check很长时间你的工作可能也危险，如果被拒要么回不去，要么用回美纸，这些都是增加麻烦且有些手段可能有后患的。所以不是飞回不可一般就不动了，即便要动也要先申请回美纸。

I am using my H1b and I am in the process of getting my PR.
