我可怜的老妈已经被拒3次了，第一次是去年的11月，第二次是今年的3月，第三次是6月。从我刚开始怀孕到孩子出生快半岁了，我可怜的老妈一直都在被拒签，真的是很苦闷和伤心！每次看到有人在网上通告他们的父母拿到签证了，真的是由衷的羡慕！！！请问象我老妈这种情况，明年1月还能签吗？(有人说2年内只能签三次，不知消息是否属实？)还有请问是圣诞前夕去签好，还是等到明年1月好？望高人告知，也希望有同样苦命的人和我联系，共吐哭水，痛骂可恶的美国佬！

They won't get visa even if they keep applying.
Things to consider:
1. take a tour at EU or other asian countries. 2. you go back visit them once.
Both will help.
How long have you been US and have you ever been back before?
