VO: Good morning, how are you?

Me: Thank you. I am good
谢谢，我很好！
VO. Good. have you been to US before?
你之前去过美国么？
Me: No. This is my first time applying for a Visa.
没有。这是我第一次申请美国签证。
VO: Have you been to other countries before?
你之前去过别的国家吗？
Me: Yes. United Kingdom.
是的，去过英国。
VO: Do you bring your previous visa?
你带来你的英国签证了吗？
Me: Yes. (showed him my previous visa)
是。（给他看我的英国签证）
VO: OK, why you go to USA?
那你为什么去美国？
Me: Visiting my bf. He is ..... so I need to go to see him.
看男朋友......
VO: Is he a US citizen?
他是美国公民吗？
Me: Yes.
是的。
VO: ok, I see. But you know usually this kind of application is the most difficult. For those girls or fiancee who want to visit their bf.
嗯，我明白了。但是你知道像你这样去看男朋友的签证是最难的
Me: I know. 我知道。
VO: How do you know each other?
你们怎么认识的？
Me: .......
VO: What's your family opionion about you have a bf who is a LaoWai?
你父母对你找了一个老外男朋友的看法是什么？
Me: blablabla..
VO: How old is he?

Me: ......
Me: He wrote you a letter and a garentee letter. Would you like to have a look?
他给你写了一封担保函，和一封信，你想看一下？
VO: Yes, sure. (Read quite carefully)
好的。（看得还挺认真的）
VO: What's your job?
你是做什么工作的？
Me: ..........
VO: What's your position?
你具体担任什么职务？
Me: ......
VO: How can you speak so good english?
你怎么英语说得那么好？
Me: I think because I get my master's degree from...
因为我毕业于....
VO: in UK?
在英国？
Me: Yes. 是的。
VO: When do you plan to go there? (这时我觉得他可能动心想给我visa)
你打算什么时候动身前往？
Me: 1 May. 5月1日。
VO: How long will you stay there?
你会在那里呆多久？
Me: Maximum 16 days, that's the annual leave I can get. Do you want to have a look of my employment certificate and annual leave certificate? (他没接)
最多16天。那时我所有的年休假。你需要看看我的在职证明和请假证明吗？
VO: You know Wyoming? Very wild, but beautiful. (这时候我想他一定打算给我visa，不然跟我介绍他们国家干嘛？ )
你知道怀俄明州吗？很空旷很野的地方哦，不过挺漂亮的。
Me: I heard. He will be my guide to yellow stone park.
我听说了。他会带我去黄石公园。
VO: (He begin to organize documents and ask) : how long have you been working here? （他开始整理桌上的材料）你工作多久了？

VO: What's your salary?
你的薪水是多少？
Me: blablabla...
VO: I am sorry, I can't give you the visa.
我很抱歉，我无法给你签证。
Me: I own real estate and I have deposit certificate.
我有房产还有存款。
VO: I am sorry. I really want to give you the visa, but you know our regulation is very strict. Many girls just go there and get married and never come back. I can't give you the visa.
我很抱歉。我真得很想给你签证，但是你知道我们的规定是非常严格的。很多女孩子都去了美国然后就在那里结婚然后就不回来了。所以我不能给你签证。
Me: .But I just graduate in Oct, 2007 of cause I only worked 1 year...(又说了几句尝试解释的话)
但是我07年10月才毕业，当然才工作了1年。
VO: I am sorry. Because you don't work long enough and your salary is not high enough and you are single. You could let him apply for fiancee visa or ....
我很抱歉。因为你工作时间不够长，工资不够高，而且单身。你可以让他为你申请未婚妻签证......

All the supporting documents, he only read two letters. (所有带去的材料只看了两封信，其他什么都没看）

整个过程你根本无法预计最后的结果。非常的突然。没有任何预感可言。
签证官人很好，心情也很好，对我也很友善。没有什么好抱怨他的。是个可爱的签证官，虽然他没让我过。

这里探亲的看子女的很多，很少看到我这种Case。大龄单身女，难！

我这种情况，短期内也不会有什么实质性的改善。各位大虾有什么建议？
