Dear Sir/Madame,
I have to express my vehement unsatisfactoriness toward your visa appointment system.
As the service of the appointment is not cheap, we HAVE TO spend good money on it. It is very reasonable that we expect your system to be efficient and effective. However, not only me, but a lot of people have been vexed by your very noneffective appointment procedure. You can easily see those complaints if you just google a little.
I purchased 12 minutes which should be well enough to make appointment for two people. But I spent more than a half of my minutes on checking the suitable appointment time again and again by calling you. Every time I called your center during October, November and December, your staff can not tell me when I should call again or why I can not make the appointment. I have to call another time to check! The result is the minutes left can barely make one appointment. I have to purchase another 8 minutes calling card, and even worse, I just need half of the time and have no use of the other half since the card will expire within the next 12 months.
This is not solely about the money. I have to constantly worry about my visa appointment and constantly waste my time and energy to schedule a phone call. This experience is truly very unpleasant, yet I have no choice but to taste it.
Would you please somehow make the appointment time on-line or by any other means that we can see them without wasting our money and time by making disappointing long distance expensive phone calls?
Please understand our feeling, we really expect a easy and pleasure appointment making experience.
With kind regards!

Yes, exactly. It has become a hassel everytime we try to make an appointment. I am wondering why they can not put it online if no visa appointment can be scheduled.

It may worth a try, but I don't think they care about what WE think.
I have no respect for those pieces of junk at the embassy/consulate/calling center.
Just have to suck it in before everyone gets a greencard.

Couldn't agree more!
Another point is sometimes in order to make money, they give false information so we'd have to call again and again to get the correct information.
The other day I was trying to make appointment for 5/5 because I just saw ppl getting that date here. (Before that I have already been giving these morons one call every day for about 2 weeks just to be told they didn't have May open yet). When I called the first time that day, the receptionist said that both 5/5 and 5/6 were full, the earliest date I could make was 5/7. I was very disappointed and hanged up. But after 10 minutes when I decided to make the appointment for 5/7 and called again, another receptionist told me they have plenty of spots for 5/5 and 5/6. I mean it was just 10 minutes, it is pretty obvious the other one was lying!
From what I know about the Americans, being dishonest is much bigger a crime to be accused of than simply being inefficient.
Let's all write to the embassy/consulate and complain so they can hear our voice.
