精华区里面不只一篇提到说要带I797和H1B approval notice 我原先一直以为这是同一张纸，现在看来好像不是 这个approval notice是指什么？

it is on one paper. The top part is approval notice. the bottom has your 797 and your new i-94 if you are in US changing your status

It's the same.
I-797 is notice for action, either for approval or denial.
