I used visa card one morning one month ago, didn't work out.
I almost give up , but in the afternoon, try again, it work out!
So some time a little problem with the web.

Thank you all for your responses. I tried my Visa Debit Card and looks like I just got my PIN (delayed by 48 hours in getting the confirmation, but I'm happy it got thru.)

visa worked for me. unblock the pop-blocker, a window will pop up to show confirmation and pin number. also they will send pin to ur email~
