两个问题, 1.第一次以H1-B入境,必须在公司附近的城市的机场入关吗?如果是加州的公司,可以从东部入境吗?
2.入境之后,申请SSN,银行卡之类的需要多久?

1. no problem. but it is more reasonable if you arrive at California when your company is at east coast
2. SSN, about 2 to 3 weeks. Bank account, almost immediately, Debit card from the bank arrives usually in 1 week

Apply SSN in the local office. You can call the SSN office next day for the number (and wait for the mail comes). With the number you can open bank account.
