今天是2014年12月4日， 我也遇到同样的问题，拿到了DS-160确认页，但是在ustraveldocs.com注册的时候遇到受阻，屏幕上总是出现提示：Error
Your request cannot be processed at this time. The site administrator has been alerted.
* User could not be created. Please ensure First Name and Last Name are entered as they are in your passport
我和先生是两个独立的case, 并拿到两个独立的DS-160确认页，但是，我们两个都遇到同样的问题。怎么办呢？我们都无法拿到CGI参考号。烦请大家帮忙出主意，并指点我们该怎么做。谢谢！
sorry I cannot type Chinese at the moment. My case was resolved by my dad who registered in China mainland by himself. I don't know if there is something wrong with registration oversea. Try this again. Hope this helps.

我是在ustraveldocs.com上给我爸妈一起预约的，当时系统里只生成了一个cgi号码，1984人民币，我爸爸去银行交了钱之后，系统里就自动显示已经交过两个人的钱，可以预约了。一张收据没关系的，不用重填DS160.

不用重新填写DS160. 那个CGI号码只需要一个就可以了，你妈妈是作为dependent这一项的。我给我爸妈申请的就是你这样的，所以不用担心。
