F1签证总结-北京使馆

Me - Good morning!
VO - Morning! Please show me your confirmation and give me your I-20 form.
（拿出了DS160的确认页，贴在了窗口上给VO看，递上了I-20表格)

VO - OK... Why do you go to the University of Michigan?
Me - Because this university is strong in the field of Environmental Engineering. And...
（被VO打断了，本来还准备了蛮多要说的...囧）

VO - All right. Tell me something about your major, Environmental Engineering.
Me - Well, in short, we use engineering approaches to solve environmental problems. These approaches generally include physical treatment, chemical treatment, physical-chemical treatment and biological treatment. And...
（又被VO打断了，本来准备再详细地讲几个例子的...囧）

VO - OK. So what will you do after graduation?
Me - I would like to come back to China and become a consultant in this field. And later, I would like to establish my own company that solves environmental problems.

VO - Fine. So what do you think is the biggest environmental problem in China?
Me - I believe it is water and wastewater treatment. And that is exactly what I am going to be specific at.
（VO笑了，已经有明显预感签证没有问题了）

VO - Good. What do your parents do?
Me - Blablabla... And here are their certificates of occupation and annual income after tax.
（分别说完之后正准备把工作证明和收入证明递上，却看到VO在把我的I-20还回...囧）

VO - There will be no problem with your visa and you'll get it in days. Goodbye.
Me - (Laughing...)Thank you very much! Bye.
（整个过程下来VO只看过我的I-20，其它材料都没有要看的意思...囧）

总结：个人以为，学生签证时，专业学习的目的要非常直白地表达出来，同时对自己的专业要比较熟，至少要能说出三句四句来，要表现出对自己所学专业的自信！再有就是要尽量保持微笑了。。。签证官人都很好的，不必紧张！
