其它地区的美领馆面签时是排队，所以碰到同一个签证官可以和后面排队面签的人换一下就可轮到另一个面签官。而成都是面签官叫号，请问二签面签时，如果又遇到一签时的签证官，如何要求更换签证官？ 请教有经验的人，谢谢！

yes, you can ask for another VO. This is your right.
I did that 9 years ago when I applied for F1 student visa

when you are called, if you get the VO that interviewed you before, just tell him that you were interviewed by him last time, you want another VO. Then you may need sit and wait for another VO.
