I had the interview on July 26th and was checked. I am wondering if you can share some information with me. When I was interviewed, the VO only asked for I-797, and nothing else (e.g., CV, offer letter, pay split), and only asked three questions, where I work, how long I had been working there, how was my job. At the end, she did not say anything, but gave me a pink postal office ticket. I thought my application was approved. After waiting for more than one week and no sign of my passport, I realized I was checked. How was your case? Did the VO keep any of your document? She kept my passport and I-797 only. I got my I-797 approved in U.S. in summer 2008. This is the first time that I applied for H-1 B. Thanks.
