In 2008 I applied for H1B visa twice in Shanghai, both passed.

This time I came to Guangzhou for visa interview.

Window #15 is only for H and L visa applicants.

Entered around 8:00AM, Got approved around 8:15AM. Finished up everything(filled out Express Mail form, get back cellular phone) around 8:30AM.

3 questions,

1. are you working for the same company?
2. have you got promotion?
3. your I-129.

Wish everybody gets visa without check.

I just want to add:
1. the photo printout is never used at all, the document collector just returned it to me when she see the photo in the confirmation page.
2. On the late afternoon next day (interview on Thursday, next day is Friday), the passport is delivered to China Post.
