VO read my employment letter for 2 seconds
VO: We have to give you a background check. It may take 9 weeks.
Me: Trying to explain, bla bla bal ...
VO: I can do nothing on this, bla, bla, bla ..., Next ...
btw, I waited in U.S Embassy for 3 hours, was interviewed for 2 mins, and has to wait whoever know how long it takes ...

I had the similar experience at Shanghai and my backgroud is chemistry. I am still waiting. Vo is a black lady. Is that really a bad luck when you meet a black VO?

exactly the same experience as me, i went there last Fri, same little back guy, asked me the same questions in the same order, then said 9 weeks wait before granting the visa, sh*t black guy......

major + bad luck
Once the VO do not have a clue what you are doing, you are in trouble.
