Beijing - H1b renewal - Approved

H1b Visa Renewal appointment was on 12/15.
Got into the embassy at around 8am and got out around 9:20am - the whole process was fast and taking finger print took the longest.

VO was a nice young lady. She asked three questions and asked for my CV only.

Q1: What do you do in your company?
Q2: Do you have your resume with you? (Read the Education section and made minor comments)
Q3: Is it your first time getting H1b visa to get back to the US? (This is my 3rd time renewing H1b; first twice in Europe)

On 12/16 end of day, status became "Visa issued", "Passport: got back from embassy, arranging delivery". I feel it is pretty fast for Beijing applicants.
