The earliest date you can get in Shanghai for H1-B is 11/29. Then 12/1 week, then 12/12 week but only 12/12 is unavailable now.

If possible better buy 12 minutes card as the customer service rep now is very wordy and he/she would repeat your info 3-4 times...

If you only have less than 4 minutes left, they even refuse to book for you.
