I got 01/22 for my parents last night. The information in this website is not quite up to date. Because there were only posts reporting that the available appointment time was between 01/10 and 01/16 in the past few days, I did not make a call until last night. I would suggust you make the call and find out the real time windows by yourself, not soly depending on this web.
The whole process only took me about 5-6 minutes. The lady is very nice and efficient in my case. Good luck to everyone!

我妈妈已经被拒三次了，我已经给我妈妈约了1月8日的签证时间，她已经很灰心了。我是独生女，也许这是主要原因吧，还有我妈妈显得很年轻，而且比较漂亮。请问你父母是什么原因被拒的？可以告诉我吗？

Since I am on H1-B and have a sister in China, the only reason VO gave is that I did not go back in last 6 years. I believe I have to go back once if my parents are rejected again. Good luck to your mom!
