they said the only date available. I called on 10/05, appointment is not available being told.
the guy was nice, i only left 6 mins and he did not complain it.

i called today's morning (Beijing time), I got it.
But on 12/05, I called, they said not available yet.

Sorry,I make a mistake. "10/05" should be "12/05" means "Dec 5th".
