Chengdu H4, ONLY apr 22nd and 29th are available. I was told to bring I797 and I129 forms. Totally have NO IDEA of I 129 form. Anybody knows? I appreciate any help.

I-129 is the form that your spouse's employer submitted to USCIS for the H1B application. You should ask them to send you a copy of the form.
