I called Monday morning (Beijing time) to make an appointment for visa interview for my sister who failed in getting a visa in 2006. But I was told that no appoinment available. I have called a number of time in the past week. Every time I was told the same thing. As you said in your message, appointment was available. Right?

我觉得是有号的啊，我爸爸今年3月B2被拒签，我4月14号也就是美国时间昨晚打电话再次预约告诉我5月5号是开放的。于是我约了5月5号上午9点的号。
