me either! although previous application was a year and a half ago, this time is still considered 2nd application. also don't understand why appointments are made for April 30th now, and still B2 2nd application has no chance!!
the official website also says 2nd applications for B2 are considered later than the 1st. it's maddening though that we cannot predict now when there would be openings.
making an appointment is already not easy -- be it the attitude of the assistants or not; but it will be our parents who will have to stand up to the VOs and face their potential bias toward 2nd application -- bless them!
