Very nice, will buy tickets from her again.
Although the price of the ticket is not the cheapest (within $50 to $100 range if any fees applied comparing to others), the service is awesome! Sally and Kitty are very responsive to emails. Actually all the quotes and transactions are through emails. I only received one phone call from them for confirmation of the tickets. I paid through credit card, which is very straightforward, because I don't want to go through payment using debit card from Chinese banks, and the Western Union here is literally not working. I highly recommend them, thanks Sally and Kitty!
The return trip is to DTW. Kitty is very nice and helpful. I changed date for several times and she helped find a cheaper fare than anywhere else that I could find.
