Return of Visaed Passports through China Post Office from Sep. 1, 2005
Beginning September 1st, 2005, all private passport holders who have successfully secured their Non Immigrant Visas will have their passports with the issued visas returned to them by the China Post Office.
There are 2 options to retrieving your passport with the issued visa:
Self Pick Up
You can pick up your passport with the issued visa in it from the "Self Pick Up" window at the China Post Office on Beijing JianGuoMenDaJie. Your passport will be available for pick up from this window two working days after your interview date, and will be held for you there for a period of 10 working days thereafter. (eg. If you received your interview on Sep. 5 and your visa application was approved on that day, you may pick up your visaed passport the earliest on Sep. 7 and the latest on Sep. 21.) This will cost 20 Yuan for up to 4 passports with issued visas.
Delivery
Your passport can be delivered to you through EMS. The passport will be delivered to your mailing address within five working days after your interview. (This may take longer if your mailing address is not in Beijing, or not in a provincial capital city.) Fees for EMS Delivery:
30 RMB - One passport
40 RMB - Two passports
50 RMB - Three passports
60 RMB - Four passports
