J2一签被拒

今天成都美领馆被拒。
我的情况比较特殊。我和老公2008年离婚，婚后我们仍然在一起。
2010年他去美国，今年3月回国。
他于今年5月20日再次拿到美国签证，我们于5月24日复婚，婚后5月30日他再度去美。
他的DS160表上婚姻状态栏是：离婚。
他提供的离婚原因是：我妻子与我母亲的矛盾。
下面是我与签证官之间的对话：
我：Hello!（因为他当时忙于看电脑，我去了一会儿没理我，我就主动打了招呼。）
他：Hi!
我：How are you today?
他：Fine. Thank you, and you?
我：I'm fine too
他：What's you job?
我：I am a college teacher.
他：Where are you teaching?
我：I'm teaching in....
他：What do you teach?
我：College English.
他：When did you get married?
我：It's a long story. We got married in.... and we divorced in..... In May this year, we remarried.
他：Why did you remarry?
我：After the divorce, we found we could not separate from each other and so we still lived together. ( 说道这里，他在电脑上不停地打字， 我就继续说）Our relationship goes a long way back. We can not live a sinle life any more. And we have a child now. （他不理我，我又说）I have photos. Do I　need to hand them in? (他还是不理我）Those are old photos taken many years ago. ( 他继续打字，然后我就不说了）
他：I'm sorry I cannot issue the visa to you this time. Have a nice day."
然后我就这样被拒了。原因是我不足以使签证官相信我适合这类签证申请。

回来后我分析了一下，问题多办出在这里
１。老公在美国两年没回
２。复婚时间与申请签证时间太接近
３。老公在我签证前五天离开
４。老公在ＤＳ１６０表上说离婚原因在于我和他母亲之间的矛盾，从这里看得出来他还是责怪我的。
这样去美国的话，说服力不强。尽管今天我把女儿都带上了，想让签证官明白，孩子是多么想他爸爸。
我不想就这样放弃，我还想再签
可我这种状况再签的话，胜算的几率有多大？
