非常满意kathy的服务，我只是和她备案需要暑假期间的特价票，连具体日子都没有设定。kathy很为我着想，看见加航促销价格，马上第一时间打电话通知我，让我及时赶上了这拨，全家省了上千元。
非常不推荐这代理。订票的时候我问代理是否可以改时间，因为有可能有签证问题，代理说只要给航空公司交罚款就可以改时间，结果我需要把时间改到三月的时候，航空公司说机票有效期到2月28日，但是在买票的时候代理从来没有跟我说过这个有效期，打去代理她也说不能改。大家千万不要在这里买机票，不然的话你的损失会很惨重。
