H1B DS160问题

1. purpose of trip to US

我没找到 H1B 选项，是选那个other, 然后选temporary employee(H1,H2)吗？

2. do you have an application receipt/petition number是指1-797A的receipt
number吗？

3.选择H1，H2以后很奇怪呀，什么教育信息，以前工作经历，包括看以前人问过的旅行
计划什么的，什么都 没有问。目前的工作信息倒是要填3次，分别在contact person
or organization; present employer; where are you intend to work.
有没有人最近遇到过相同的情况呀？
