Li Meng is so good. I don't know how to thank her. I bought my parents' tickets from her. Then because of some emergency, we have to return those tickets. We contacted UA and finally got a refund. However, UA only send refund to the agents. Li Meng is always there helping us get the refund and take care of it. I bothered her so many times. She is always nice and patient.I am really impressed by her!
