我周五去上海签 F1返签 不过当天下午我必须离开上海 所以呢
需要 请上海的同学带领 或者 委托领事馆邮寄
是不是要签证的时候跟 VISA Officer说好？
另外 让领事馆邮寄的话， 怎么把邮寄费用给他们呢/？
