跨区到北京签 两次拒签准备三签

一月十号一签太紧张了,因为家里是葫芦岛没去沈阳签证又没及时做出解释而被拒了

一月二十一日 二签北京签证 面谈过程：
当日签证人挺多，9点20分开始在大门外排队，大概10点50分我才开始签证。

给我面签的10号窗口，在外面大厅，有点吵。是个白人，男士，大概30多岁。
1. hi nice to meet you sir!
Nice to meet you!
(把护照和I-20给了签证官，并且把自己的个人材料都拿了出来。)
2. Why you go to American?
I want to go to study there.
（大概这个时候就开始在电脑里调出我的材料了）
3. Your hometown in Liaoning province?
Yes I don't choose to apply for my visa in Shenyang because I have never been there before. but I'm familiar to Beijing because I have a friend working in this city ,the last two years I come here to visit her for three times.
(我说完，他一直点着头，然后往电脑里打字，我也不知道他在打什么信息)
4. where are you living now?
I’m living in my home now.
How old are you ?

5.why you () job?(我没听清出他说的动词
Are you ask me why I quit my job?
Yes
Because after worked two years I found that I am short of financial and management knowledge . so I want to get further education to improve myself.
And I think the study experience in American will contribute to my development in future
6. will you study language first?
Yes I will study language in ELS school for half year and after finish the courses I will go to university of lv to learn MBA program.
7. why learn MBA ?
It has some relationship with my last job .in my last job I’m responsible for …(被打断了)
8.问了什么我一点也没听清楚，而且是一个很长的单词，我没听过。
我和他说我没听清楚，能不能再说一遍，或者换一种说法。
他的确对着话筒又说了一遍，但是我就是没听清楚。我就和他说还是听不清楚，可是他并没有再重复问题。
接着他就说不不能给我签证了。我问了为什么，他的回答不是我的问题。我就很迷惑，又问他，那为什么不能给我签证。他并没有回答我，只是告诉我不能给我签证了。
求求大家给指导一下
