This means that you (the applicant) must click the "Sign Application" button, even if someone else helped you fill the application out. If someone else clicks the button instead of you, your application may not be accepted.

我知道可以帮他们填表，但是最后“Sign Application” Button也可以我帮他们点吗？
最后只要把confirmation page打印出来寄给他们就行？
