刚才打过电话，问了好多信息，才告知能预约的时间只能是3月23日一天，担心父母还没有准备好，所以只好说以后再打电话预约。但被那个小姐拖着说了好多话，不知道下次再打电话会不会时间不够用，我买的是12分钟54元的那种卡。请问能否查询剩余时间？谢谢！

just do it in normal way pretending you will make an appointment, input your card #, the robot will tell you how many minutes you have left on this card. hang up immediately.
