Who should be the inviter?

I am a H1 visa holder and my husband is a US citizen. We plan to invite my mom for the third time. This is another try. I invited her twice when I was still a F1 student and single, and she got rejected twice. So I am wondering if this time my husband can be the inviter, will it be easier for my mom to get the visa? Which, do you think, is better?
Any input is highly appreciated as I am rushing the application...
