大使馆never ever contacted me. I called DC and DC told me I should call them the next day. And the next day I called DC again,I got the good news my visa was issued. After I hang up the phone, I checked EMS website and I found my passport was already in the process of delivery. Then next morning EMS delivery guy called me and ring my door.

大使馆几天可以处理完呀。 我打电话DC那边完事了，怎么使馆没消息呀、
看有的人说，大使馆应该在第二天就发护照的呀。
