华盛顿难道clear都不说clear的，说check 结果已经送到大使馆，我问她是不是就是clear了，她说她可没说clear，只是结果送大使馆了。这啥意思？

Most of us called DC at that number. I can not remember it.

For 知道护照送出来了, actually no one told me about it. I checked the EMS website and I found my passport was in the process of delivery
