机票在12月初准备回国，F1转H1b第一次回国。
我10年工作的第一个公司在申请H1b的时候被拒了，当时因为还在OPT时间内，就换了另外一个公司，然后顺利被批准了。这样的情况下在填写DS156的时候
Have you ever been refused a visa?
这样是填写yes还是no呢？
F1的时候回国面签从来没有被拒绝过，可是今年在美国的时候第一个H1b被拒了。。。这种情况要怎么填写呢？

Of course you put No. Change of status was not the same as applying visa. You were denied when you filled for change of status, but you were not denied for a visa application, they are different stuff
