打算给妈妈寄一个我在美国的旧手机，这样她下飞机后就能给我打电话。但是不知道用哪家公司寄回去，价格多少，程序怎样。坛子里的兄弟姐妹有类似的经验吗？谢谢了。

Make sure the card is activated before mailing it.
If she has a tri-band GSM phone at China, she can just insert the SIM and use it at US.
