It's very true that once rejected, the future success ratio is very low.
Because it's very difficult to pass the preview stage ( based on the 156&157 review which is not done by the Interviewing visa officer!!!!!!!!!).
So it's very important to find the real reason for the rejection. (If you can find the internal record on the rejection section, then it's much easier to prepare further. But to pass the Preview stage is by luck or wait for two years. That's why many people prepare so hard but VO didn't give the chance for the interview if previous rejection happened in less than 6 month!)

很不幸，我妈妈昨天去北京签证又被拒了。这次我们还要她带上了国会议员给美国驻北京大使馆的一封信，也没有作用。所以我能理解你说你花了很多的精力去准备材料而失望而归的心情。我倒没有你的那种害怕，只是很灰心，也很伤心无奈。不知道为什么想要妈妈来看看我自己的家、我的婚姻生活、我的孩子就这么难！这么折腾！
据妈妈说那天拒的人很多，好像今年新换了签证官，她遇上的是一个黑人女的，态度非常的恶劣，材料几乎没有看，就问她女儿为什么不回来看她，就把我妈给解决掉了！所以我觉得如果你妈最好不要赶在年初时去，而且不要在有拒签史集中的那天(星期一)。你妈妈遭拒签的近三次已经超过2年了吗？你们是在哪里签？我想让我妈等我回去一次后，再去签吧，别瞎给美国人送钱了！

非常感谢你的指导和帮助，我们家没有亲人在上海。我和我妈都已经是灰心丧气了，等到今年夏天我回去，再让我妈年底去签，正好那时我参加毕业典礼，也许会好点。我妈在经过了无情的美国签证官千锤百炼后，似乎情绪还没有我低落，安慰我说只要我能回来看看也好。我好想回国了！
